Resume360 ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by Pentimenti AI (guna@pentimenti.ai). This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for purchases made on resume360.in.

2. Products & Pricing

We offer the following one-time purchase plans:

• Starter Pack — ₹50 (1 Resume + LinkedIn Profile Optimization)
• Value Pack — ₹200 (5 Resume + LinkedIn Profile Optimizations)

These are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. No auto-renewal applies.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund under any of the following circumstances:

• Payment was charged but the service (resume optimization credits) was not delivered to your account.
• You were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error.
• You request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not used any of the purchased optimization credits.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• You have already used one or more optimization credits from the purchased pack.
• More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated optimization suggestions (as results vary based on input quality).

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at guna@pentimenti.ai with the following details:

• Your registered email address
• Transaction ID or payment reference
• Date of purchase
• Reason for refund

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking). The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Cancellation

Since our plans are one-time purchases (not subscriptions), there is no recurring billing to cancel. Your purchased credits remain valid indefinitely until used.
